Research Data Netherlands

Research Data Netherlands (RDNL) is a national coalition of data archives whose mission is to promote the sustainable archiving and reuse of research data. The coalition was founded in 2013 by 4TU.ResearchData and Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) and was strengthened by SURF in September 2014.

Research Data Netherlands is an alliance between  4TU.Centre for Research Data, Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) and SURFsara. With this coalition, which is also open to other parties, the three data archives join forces in the area of long-term data archiving.
